  • Bring your tile (Broken or whole) into our Perth location in person or via Australia Post

  • Provide us with the exact measurement of a complete tile in the centre of the wall/floor to the nearest millimetre

  • Please know the minimum amount of tiles required to solve your problem. If you want spares on top of your minimum that is fine but it is extremely important to know the bare minimum amount of tiles to solve your problem.

  • We then search our stock of discontinued, vintage and obsolete tiles

  • When we find a match, you can then repair your space quickly. Most orders take 10 minutes to complete in store and within 1 week for most mail orders.
