STEP 1:

Bring in a physical sample of your tile to our store or send us a piece (Whole or broken) via Australia Post.

STEP 2:

Once your sample is received, our team will begin the search throughout our extensive stock.

Searches typically take less then 10 minutes to complete with an average of 70% success of an exact match, the remaining 30% usually have very close options to blend.

STEP 3:

We provide you with your required tiles and you repair instead of replacing everything.
